Yes. Every piece must pass both our specialist review and Entrupy before it is listed. It is also covered by our First-Year Money-Back Guarantee: if a piece is shown not to be authentic and you tell us within one year of the issue date on its certificate, we refund the price paid, the original delivery charge and reasonable return shipping. We deliver anywhere in Aotearoa by tracked courier from Auckland, insured and signed for where required: typically 1–2 business days to Auckland, 1–3 to the rest of the North Island and 2–5 to the South Island. Delivery is NZ$10, and free on orders from NZ$500.
Yes, for any reason, within 48 hours of delivery. Pieces must be unused, with all inclusions and MIKUN security tags intact. Within New Zealand we send you a prepaid, insured return label.
