Authentication

Each piece is authenticated in-house by senior specialists before it ever reaches you.

Every MIKUN piece undergoes a multi-stage authentication process led by senior specialists trained across Chanel, Hermès, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Celine, Gucci and Bottega Veneta. We examine stitching, hardware, leather grain, date codes, serials and provenance documentation. Each item is accompanied by a MIKUN Certificate of Authenticity.

Yes. Every piece ships with a numbered MIKUN Certificate of Authenticity, signed by the lead authenticator who reviewed it.

If at any time you have a concern, contact our concierge. We will arrange a complimentary re-authentication and, if a piece does not meet our standard, a full refund — without question.

Our archive is curated from private clients, estate releases and a trusted global network of consignors. Each piece is hand-selected for its provenance, condition and enduring desirability.

Pieces are graded across five tiers — Pristine, Excellent, Very Good, Good and Fair. Detailed condition notes and high-resolution imagery accompany every listing.

Shipping & Delivery

Insured, signature-required delivery — within Aotearoa and worldwide.

Yes. We ship worldwide via fully insured, tracked courier with signature on delivery. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable.

Orders placed before 12pm NZST are typically dispatched the same business day from our Auckland atelier.

Returns & Aftercare

A refined, transparent return experience — and a lifetime of aftercare.

We offer a 7-day inspection window from the moment your piece is delivered. Returns must be in original, unworn condition with all tags, packaging and the Certificate of Authenticity intact.

Yes. Our atelier offers complimentary aftercare consultations and a curated network of restoration specialists for cleaning, conditioning and structural repair.
