Every piece purchased from MIKUN is carefully prepared, inspected and packaged before dispatch.

As many of our items are unique, authenticated luxury pieces, we take additional care to ensure your order arrives securely and safely.


Shipping Within New Zealand

MIKUN currently ships throughout New Zealand.

All orders are dispatched from Auckland using trusted courier partners and tracked delivery services.

Where appropriate, signature-on-delivery and insurance may be required for higher-value items.


Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During promotional periods, public holidays or periods of high demand, processing times may be longer.

Signature Required Deliveries

For security reasons, MIKUN may require signature-on-delivery for selected orders.

This is particularly important for higher-value luxury items.

Where signature delivery is selected, customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel.


Insured Shipping

To protect both our customers and our business, MIKUN may ship certain items using insured courier services.

Insurance requirements may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location

  • Courier requirements

  • Security considerations


Packaging

Every order is carefully packaged to protect the item during transit.

Where available, original inclusions supplied with the item may accompany your purchase, including:

  • Dust bags

  • Authenticity cards

  • Straps

  • Locks and keys

  • Receipts

  • Packaging

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email where available.

Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery progress using the tracking information provided.


Delivery Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are accurate and complete.

MIKUN is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Incomplete addresses

  • Unclaimed parcels

  • Refused deliveries

Additional shipping fees may apply if an order requires redelivery.


Risk and Ownership

Ownership of purchased items transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

Customers should inspect their order promptly upon receipt.

Any concerns regarding damage, incorrect items or delivery issues should be reported to MIKUN within 48 hours of delivery.


Delivery Delays

While MIKUN works closely with trusted courier partners, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier network disruptions

  • Weather events

  • Public holidays

  • Customs processing

  • Industrial action

  • Natural disasters

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Delivery dates are estimates only and should not be relied upon as guaranteed delivery dates.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:

  • Photographs of the packaging (if applicable)

  • Photographs of the item (if applicable)

  • Details of the issue

MIKUN will work with the relevant courier provider to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.


International Shipping

International shipping may be offered on selected items and destinations.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • Customs charges

  • Taxes

  • Regulatory requirements in the destination country

MIKUN is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.


Collection by Arrangement

For selected items, Auckland collection may be available by prior arrangement.

Collection details will be confirmed directly with the customer where applicable.

Identification may be requested before collection.


Returns Shipping

Approved returns must be shipped in accordance with MIKUN's Returns & Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise required by law or approved by MIKUN, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

MIKUN recommends that all return shipments are:

  • Fully insured

  • Trackable

  • Signature required

MIKUN is not responsible for return items lost or damaged in transit.
