Everything you need to know about returning a piece or caring for it long-term.

You have seven days from the moment your order is delivered to request a return. Simply contact our concierge and we will arrange a fully insured courier collection.

Returned pieces must be in their original, unworn condition — with all tags, dust bags, original packaging and the MIKUN Certificate of Authenticity intact.

Once your return is received and inspected by our authentication team — typically within two business days — your refund is issued to the original payment method.

Return shipping within New Zealand is complimentary. International returns are arranged through our concierge with shared logistics, fully tracked and insured.

Bespoke commissions, altered pieces and items purchased through our Private Client service are final sale. This is noted clearly at the point of purchase.

Every MIKUN client receives complimentary aftercare consultations for life, plus access to our curated network of restoration specialists for cleaning, conditioning and structural repair.
